Huroki shom

Huroki shom – (25% voyai (rasion) khuroki shabonaruz) az du taom – tvorog, tukhm, sabzavot, shavla yo taomi makaroni, shir, kefir, jurgot, nushokii shirin (molochniy kisel) iborat ast. Huroki shom 2 soat pesh az khob istemol karda meshavad.
