Moddai 1-i Kodeksi Mehnat. Mafhumhoi asosi

Dar Kodeksi mazkur mafhumhoi asosii zerin istifoda meshavand:

aznavtayyorkuni – shakli tahsili kasbii kormand, ki baroi az khud namudani kasb yo ikhtisosi digar imkoniyat medihad;

attestatsiyai kormand – tartibi muayyan namudani muvofiqati kormand ba vazifai (mansabi) ishgolnamudaash (kori ijro menamudaash) bo rohi arzyobii ijroi uhdadorihoi vazifavi, sathi donish, malaka va tayyorii kasbi;

rukhsati – vaqte, ki dar davomi on kormand tibqi tartibi muqarrarnamudai Kodeksi mazkur va digar sanadhoi meyorii huquqii Jumhurii Tojikiston bo sharti nigoh doshtani joyi koru mansab az ijroi uhdadorihoi mehnati ozod buda, onro bo khohishi khud baroi farogat, barqaror namudani qobiliyati mehnati va qone gardonidani digar talabot istifoda menamoyad;

sharoiti bekhatari mehnat – sharoiti mehnate, ki dar on tasiri omilhoi khatarnok va zararovari istehsoli ba kormandon istisno karda shudaast yo darajai tasiri onho az meyorhoi muqarrargardida ziyod nameboshad;
