SHogird va muridi baso ikhlosmandi Imomi Azam (r), ki sifatash dar olami Islom haddu kanor nadorad, yane, Hojii barhaq va peshvoi ahli sakho, Abdulloh ibni Muborak (r) guftaast:

«Imomi Azam (Abuhanifa rahmatullohi) faqehtarini mardum bud va faqehtar az vay kas nadidaam va niz guft:-U yak oyat bud, pas kase pursid:-Oyat bud, dar khayr yo dar sharr. Ibni, Muborak (r) bar vay barkhurushidu guft:-Sokit bosh ey mard! Meguyand-«Goyat fi-sharr va oyat fil-khayr», yane, vaqte kase meguyad:-falon oyat bud, digar savol az in ki dar khayr bud yo dar sharr be mavrid ast chun oyat dar khayr ba kor burda meshavad va goyat dar sharr».

Niz Abdulloh Ibni Muborak (r) gufta, ki «-Agar ba rayi ijtihodi niyoze paydo shavad pas, ruju kuned ba rayi Imom Molik (r) va Sufyon (r) va Abuhanifa (r). Va Abuhanifa (r) faqehtarini eshon, nakutarini eshon, daqiqtarini eshon, dar fatonatu zakovat va jarfpaymotarini eshon, dar gavvosii daryoi fiqh ast. Va niz az sukhanoni Abdulloh ibni Muborak (r) ast, ki: «-Har goh rivoyate az Rasuli giromii Hudo (s) nayobem, sukhani Abuhanifa (r), dar nazdi mo, hamchun rivoyati Rasululloh (s) ast».

Niz Ibni Muborak (r), baroi mardum hadis meguft, pas dar asnoi sukhanash guft: «-Haddasno An-Numon ibni Sobit».-dar in asno kase pursid:- Murodi tu az Numon ibni Sobit kist? Farmud:

«Manzuram Abuhanifa (r)-mekhi ilm ast». Dar in hangom baze az huzzor, az in ki rivoyati vay az Imom Abuhanifa (r)-ro binavisand, dast nigoh doshtand, pas Ibni Muborak lahzai kutohe dirang kard va on goh guft»:

Ayyuhannos! (Ey odamon!) CHi qadar dar barobari aimai mubtaloi savi adab oyad, chi qadar az shinokhti aimai johil oyad, chi qadar ogohii SHumo az ilmu ahli ilm kam ast?

Va Savri (r) dar posukhi marde, ki baroyash guft:-Oyo az nazdi Abuhanifa omadai? Guft: «-Bale! Ba tahqiq, ki az nazdi faqehtarin kas az ahli Zamin omadaam!»

Niz Savri (r) guft: «-Har kas bo Abuhanifa (r) mukholifat mekunad, muhtoji on ast, ki az vay qadru manzalate bartaru ilme vofirtar doshta boshad va baid medonam, ki chunin kas yoft shavad. Va chun Savri (r) va Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) bo yakdigar ozimi safari Haj gardidand,  Savri (r) eshonro jilav  meandokht va pushti sari eshon harakat menamud va niz agar on du dar masalai mavridi suol qaror megiriftand, u sukut mekard, va muntazir memond, to Imom Abuhanifa (r) javobdihandai on suol boshand.

Va ruze bar boloi sari vay kitobi rahn (vasiqa) az Imom Abuhanifa (r)-ro didand, pas ba vay guftand: – Oyo kutubi Abuhanifaro mutolia mekuni?!

Guft: «-Dust doshtam, majmuai kutubi vay hama yak jo dar nazdi man mebud, to dar onho bingaram, Abuhanifa (r) dar sharhi ilm digar maydonero baroi paymudan boqi nagzoshta va korro ba poyon ovardaast va lekin mo dar borai vay munsifona (az rui adlu insof) qazovat namekunem». Va Abuyusuf rahamulloh guft: «Savri az man dida, dar mutobiati Abuhanifa (r) peshravtar va dar in arsa tundravtar ast».

Ruze Savri (r) Imom (Abuhanifa)-ro baroi Abdulloh Ibni Muborak (r) tavsif mekard, pas guft: «-Ba tahqiq, ki u dar in ilm bar yake az sarnayzaho savor meshavad, ba Valloh, ki u olime jome, mudofii arzishho va khidmatguzori aholii shahrash-Kufa bud va u hargiz ravo namedonist, ki juz bar on chi, ki az Rasuli giromii Hudo (s) ba sihhat rasida ast, tamassuq juyad, ba Valloh, ki u az nosukhu mansukhi Hadis shinokhte tomu tamom dosht, u doiman juyoi ahodisi roviyone bud, ki dar naqli hadis saqavu mutamad budand, u hamchunon bar feli Rasuli giromii Hudo (s) niz tamassuk mejust va onchi, ki ulamoi Kufa, dar payravii haq, ba on rasidaand, u niz bar on tamassuk just va hamonro dini khesh qaror dod, ajabo, ki qavme zaboni zishti, bar vay daroz kardaand, ammo mo dar barobari eshon sukutro tarjeh medihem, ki Hudoi azza va jallro az onho istigfor metalabem».

Va Avzoi (r) hanuz Imom (r)-ro nadida bud, ki balki faqat ovozai eshonro shunida bud, pas ruze baroi Abdulloh Ibni Muborak (r) guft:-Kist in bidatguzore, ki dar Kufa zuhur namuda va kuniyai vay Abuhanifa ast? Abdulloh Ibni Muborak (r) dar ogozi posukhi vay hej naguft va dar ivaz chand masalai dushvor az masoili Imomi Azam (Abuhanifa rahamulloh)-ro ba vay nishon dod, pas chun Avzoi mulohiza kard, ki in masoil mansub ba Numon ibni Sobit (r) ast, pursid:-In Numon ibni Sobit kist?

Abdulloh Ibni Muborak (r) meguyad: «Guftam, ustoze ast, ki bo vay dar Iroq muloqot kardam». Pas Avzoi bedirang guft: «-In ustoze ast buzurgu sharif, birav va az vay beshtar biyomuz. Dar in jo bud, ki guftam:-In hamon Abuhanifa ast, ki SHumo qablan bar vay tokhted. Bad az on, on goh, ki Avzoi, dar Makka bo Abuhanifa (r) muloqot kard, on masoilro bo vay dar miyon guzosht, pas Imomi Azam (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) on masoilro beshtar az on chi, ki Abdulloh Ibni Muborak (r) ba naql, az eshon navishta bud, nazdi vay sharhu tavsia dodand va dar in maydon ufuqhoi navinero gushodand va majlis ba darozo kashid. Bad az on muloqoti khud, Avzoi ba Abdulloh Ibni Muborak (r) guft:

«-Bar vay gabta (hasad va bakhili) khurdam, ba kasrati ilmu vufur (farovoni va bisyori)-i aqlash va az Hudoi taolo bar on chi, ki dar borai vay guftam-omurzish metalabam. Ba haqiqat, ki man dar ishtibohe oshkor budam, pas domani in mardro mahkam gir, zero u bar khilofi on chize ast, ki ba man rasonidaand».

Va chun donishu vara (parhezgori)-i azimi Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) ba Ibni Jareh rasid, guft: – Gumon mekunam, ki vayro dar ilm shane ajib ruy medihad. Va ruze kase dar nazdi vay gaybati Imom Abuhanifa (r)-ro kard, pas guft:-Sokit boshed! Ba haq, ki u faqeh ast, ba haq ki u faqeh ast, ba haq ki u faqeh ast!

Va Imom Ahmad ibni Hanbal (muassisi mazhabi hanbaliya, S.B.B). rahamulloh dar borai shakhsiyati Imom Abuhanifa (r) meguyad: «-U dar vara (taqvo, parhezgori, porsoi-S.B.B) va zuhdu guzinish (intikhob)-i okhirat bar dunyo, dar joygohe qaror dorad, ki kase ba vay namerasad va har oina jabru toziyonai Halifa Mansurro baroi raddi mansabi Qazovat ba jon kharid, ammo tan ba in kor nadod, pas rahmatu rizvoni Hudoi azza va jall bar vay bod!»

Va chun az YAzid ibni Horun (r) dar borai mutoliai kutubi Imom Abuhanifa (r) pursidand, guft: «-Dar kutubi vay bingared, zero man hej fuqahoero nadidaam, ki az nigaristan dar qavli vay karohiyat doshta boshad».

Va Savri (r) ba hadde mushtoqi kutubi Imom Abuhanifa (r) bud, ki ba hila kitobi rahn (vasiqa, garav)-i eshonro az kase girift, to az on nuskhabardori kunad. Va niz chun ba vay guftand, ki: rayi Molikro az rayi Abuhanifa (r)-dusttar dori? Guft:

«-Hadisi Molik (r)-ro binavised zero u rajoli hadisro ba diqqat barmeguzinad (u jamkunandai hadis ast), ammo fiqh sanati Abuhanifa (r) va yoroni u ast, guyo ki onon baroi fiqh az jonibi Hudo ofarida shudaand».

Hatibi Bagdodi (r) az yake az aima (imom)-i zuhd rivoyat mekunad, ki guft: «-Bar ahli Islom vojib ast, to dar namozhoi khesh bar haqqi Abuhanifa Imomi Azam (r) duoi khayr kunand, zero ham u bud, ki sunnat va fiqhro baroi eshon hifz kard».

Va guft: «-Badandeshoni tihamagzi vay du dastaand, yake hosidon va digare nodonon, ki shakhsiyati tabarruki vayro ba durusti nashinokhtaand. Va nazdi man in dastai duvvum mazurtarand».

Va guft: «-Har kas mekhohad az khori, jahlu kuri, berun oyad va halovati fiqhro daryobad, pas dar kutubi Abuhanifa Imomi Azami muazzami sufii Kufi rahamulloh bingarad».

Va Makkii ibni Ibrohim (r) guft: «-Abuhanifa (r) alami ahli zamoni khesh bud».

Va YAhyo ibni Sadi Qatton (r) guft; «-Nakutar az royi Abuhanifa (r) nashnidaam». Va az in jihat u dar fatvoi khesh doim qavli Abuhanifa (r)-ro tarjeh medod.

Va Nazr ibni SHamil (r) meguyad: «-Mardum az fiqh dar khob budand, to on, ki Abuhanifa (r) bo taloshhoi barhaqash, ki dar arsai istikhroj (kashfu tahlil), tabyin (rushangari, bayoni matlabe ba vozehi va ravshani)-u talkhisi fiqh anjom dod, eshonro bedor kard (to haqro az botil farq karda tavonand,-S.B.B).

Va Musaar ibni Kudom (r) meguyad: «-Har kas Abuhanifa (r)-ro dar miyoni khud va Hudo qaror dihad, umedvoram, ki tarse bar vay naboshad va dar ehtiyot dar haqi khud kutohi nakarda boshad».

Az Ibni Musaar (r) pursidand, ki: «-CHaro rayi yoroni Imom Abuhanifaro furu guzoshtavu ba rayi vay mutamassik gardidi?» Guft: «Ba daleli sihhatii rayi vay va agar juz in ast; sahehtar az onro nazdam biyovared, to hamonro bargiram».

Ibni Muborak (r) meguyad: «-Ibni Musaarro dar halqai darsi Abuhanifa didam, ki az vay masala mepursid va az mahzarash istifoda meburd va ham u guft: «-Faqehtar az Imom Abuhanifa (r) kasero nadidaam».

Iso ibni YUnus (r) meguyad: «-Kasero, ki dar haqi Abuhanifa (r) zabon, ba badgui daroz mekunad, tasdiq nakuned, zero ki ba Hudo savgand, man behtaru faqehtar az vay kasero nadidaam».

Muammar (r) meguyad: «-Man shakhsero bitavonad ba orostagi, dar fiqh, sukhan biguyad va bitavonad ba nekui qiyos kunad va ba nekui Hadisi nabavi (s)-ro olimona sharh dihad va dar in arsa, dar avji poygohi marifat boshad, chun Imom Abuhanifa nadidaam».

Fazl (r) meguyad: «-Imom Abuhanifa (r) faqehe bud saromad (asosguzor) bar fiqh, mashhur dar varau zuhd, mutamkin dar mol, sabur, bar omuzishi ilm, dar shab va ruz, kamharf (kamgapu orom) to ba on had, ki hej masalaro dar halolu harom erod namekard, magar bar mabonii haq va niz gurezanda az sulton bud».

Abuyusufi YAqub (r) meguyad: «-Man, qabl az padaru modari khudam, dar haqi vay (yane, Imomi Azam Abuhanifa raziallohu anhu) duo mekunam. Dar hole, ki az vay shunidam, ki meguft: «-Man baroi ustozam Hammodi Abusulaymoni faqeh, hamroh bo padaru modaram duo mekunam».

Va niz guyad, Abuyusufi YAqub, ki: «-Hudoi mutaol Abuhanifa (r)-ro ba fiqhu amal va sakhovatu bazl va akhloqi Quronie, ki dar vay bud, zinnat doda bud».

Va niz Abuyusufi YAqubi Qoziyulquzzot guft: «-Ba haq, ki khalif (khalifa, soleh shoista)-us-sidq (sodiq va bovafovu sadoqatmand)-i guzashtagoni din bud va ba Hudo savgand, ki dar tamomi rui Zamin jonishine hamchun u, baroi buzurgoni din padid nayomad». (Bale, kulli aimavu ulamo va fuqahovu buzurgoni din va ilmu marifat, ki badi Imomi Azam Abuhanifa raziallohu anhum, to ba imruz zuhur kardaandu mekunand va khohand kard, hama ba jumlagi murid va rezakhuroni dasturkhoni purfayzu ehsoni ilmu hikmati u budand, hastand va khohand mond, zero ki u memori shoistai buzurgkokhi begazandi ilmi fiqh, dar shariati gurroi Muhammadiya (s) budu hast va khohad mond, to ba jovidonaho, ki Hudovand, pas az Rasuli akram (s), chahor yoroni giromii on Hazrat (s) va sahobai kiromii eshon (s) mahz-Imomi Azam Abuhanifa rahamullohro nakhust-kashshofi ilmi fiqh va mushkilkushoi ilmushshariat va «CHarogi ummat»-i Rasuli giromiash (s) qaror dodaast va gavhari poki ilmu marifatro ziyoda ba u arzoni doshtaast.-Sayid Burhoniddini Buzurgmehhr).

Amashro az masalae pursidand guft: «Javobi in masalaro faqat Imom Abuhanifa Numon ibni Sobit medonad va gumon mekunam, ki baroi vay, dar amalash barakat nihodaand».

Va YAhyo ibni Odam (r) guft: «Qazovati SHumo dar borai in guruhe, ki zabon ba aybjuii Imom Abuhanifa (r) oloyand, chist? Nazari man in ast, ki: – U baroi eshon az ilm (daryoero ovard, ki bar baze az amvoji on savor shuda metavonand va bar baze digar nametavonand) bazero dark karda metavonand va bazero dark karda nametavonand, ham az in ru, bar vay hasad varzidaand».

Vaqi guft: «-Faqehtar az Abuhanifa kasero nadidaam va na kasero nekutar az vay dar namoz khondan».

Va Imom Hofizi Noqid YAhyo ibni Main (r) guft: «Fuqaho chahor tanand: – Abuhanifa va Sufyon va Molik va Avzoi».

Va niz az vay naql shudaast, ki guft: «-Qiroat dar nazdi man, qiroati Hamza ast va fiqh-fiqhi Imom Abuhanifa. Va ahli takhassusu marifatro bar in dovari daryoftaam».

Va Ibni Muborak (r) guft: «-Hasan ibni Amoraro didam, ki rikobi Abuhanifaro girifta bud, dar hole, ki meguft: «Ba Hudo savgand, ahadero nadidam, ki balegtar, sobirtaru hozirjavobtar, az tu, dar asri tu, dar fiqh sukhan biguyad, beshak, ki tu sarvari hamai onone hasti, ki dar asri tu, dar fiqh sukhan guftaand va inro na az bobi difo, az tu meguyam, balki haqero, ki boyad -elom kard, izhor medoram va sukhan nameguyand alayhi tu, magar ba angezai hasad».

SHaaba (r) meguyad: Ba Hudo savgand, ki u dar hadis nakufahmu hafize mumtoz bud, savgand ba Hudo, ki dar on chize bar vay khurda megirand, ki u az eshon dar on donotar bud, onon dar nazdi Hudoi azza va jall posukhguy khohand bud, Hudoe, ki bar vay chi bisyor mehrubon bud».

YAhyo ibni Mainro az vay pursidand, guft: «-Imome ast, saqa va nashnidam, ki kase uro zaif pindorad, bingared, in shuba ast, ki baroi vay ijozanoma menavisand, to Hadis biguyad va ba vay dar in mavrid dastur ham medihad, ammo u, az shuba ham sabqat girifta ast».

Va Abuayubi Sakhtiyoni, niz Imom Abuhanifa (r)-ro ba salohu tabahhur (taammuq dar bahri marifat, mahorat, ustodi), dar fiqh tavsif kard.

Dar nazdi Ibni Avn, bar Imom Abuhanifa (r) khurda giriftaand, ki u imruz sukhane meguyad va sipas fardo az on ruju mekunad, dar posukhashon guft: «-In khud daleli varau zuhdi vay ast, zero u az khato ba sui savob ruju mekunad va agar varai vay nabud, har oina az khatoyash difo mekard va bar mavqufash isror mevarzid».

Va Hammod ibni YAzid (r) guft: «-Mo dar majlisi darsi «Hadisi»-i Umar va Ibni Dinor meomadem, pas chun Abuhanifa ba muloqoti vay meomad, ba sui u ru meovard va moro vo medosht, to suolotamonro az u bipursem, pas mo mepursidem va u baroi mo Hadis meguft».

Hofiz ibni Abdulaziz ibni Aburavod (r) meguyad: «-Har kas dustdori Abuhanifa ast, pas u sunni ast va har kas Abuhanifaro dushman medorad, pas u ba tahqiq bidati ast va ummati Paygambar (s) nakhohad bud!» Va dar rivoyate digar az vay omadaast: «-Miyoni mo va miyoni mardum malok (az asli har chiz, injo asli masala va meyoru andoza ast) amri Abuhanifa ast, pas harki dustdori Abuhanifa va ahli viloyati faqehii vay ast, medonem, ki u az ahli Sunnat va jamoat ast va harki Abuhanifaro dushman bidorad, medonem, ki u az ahli bidat ast».

Va Horija ibni Musaar (r) guft: «-Abuhanifa (r) dar miyoni fuqaho hammonandi sutunai ohanii markazi sangi osiyo ast va hammonandi naqqod (puli sararo az nosara judokunanda)-e ast, ki tilloro az gash judo mesozad».

Va Hofiz Muhammad ibni Maymun (r) guft: «-Dar zamoni Abuhanifa (r) kase donotar, parhezgortar, zohidtar va faqehtar az vay nabud, ba Hudo savgand, ki agar u sad hazor dinori surkh ba man medod, on chunon khush nadoshtam, ki az vay Hadise bishnavam va az mahzarash bahra baram».

Ibrohim ibni Muoviyat Az-Zarir (r) meguyad: «-Dust doshtani Abuhanifa mutammim (komilkunanda, tamomkunanda)-i sunnat ast. U bud, ki adolatro vasf mekard va khud niz dar qavlu amal muttasif (dorandai sifate) ba on bud va u bud, ki baroi mardum shohrohi ilmro tabyin namuda va mushkiloti onro baroyashon vozeh sokht».

Va Asad ibni Hakim (r) guft: «-Zabon bar mazammati vay (Abuhanifa) nameoloyad, magar johil yo bidatguzore». Va Abusulaymon guft: «-Abuhanifa az ajuba ham ajibtar bud, pas az sukhani vay kase ruy barmegardonad, ki bar darki on tavono naboshad».

Va Abuosim (r) guft: «-Ba Hudo, ki u (Abuhanifa) nazdam faqehtar az Ibni Jareh (r) ast, chashmonam marde tavonotar az vayro dar arsai fiqh nadida ast».

Va dar majlisi Dovudi Toi, zikri vay (Abuhanifa) raft, pas guft: «-U sitorae ast, ki az vay rohyob tavon shud va ilme ast, ki dilhoi muminononro mepazirad».

Va SHariki Qozi (r) guft: «-Abuhanifa (r) sukute tuloni, tafakkure bisyor va diqqati nazare ajib, dar fiqh dosht, berunovarandai masoili pinhoniyu zarif, dar maydoni ilmu amal va munoqisha bud, agar shogirdash faqir (kambagal) mebud, uro dar moli dunyo niz tavongar masokht va chun az farogirii ilm farogat meyoft, ba vay meguft: «-Inak ba shinokhti halolu harom, ba ganoyi akbar rasidi!»

Va Halif ibni Ayuub guft: «-Ilm, az Hudoi taolo, ba Muhammad (s) rasid va sipas, az eshon ba yoronashon (r) va sipas, az onon ba tobiin (r) az jumla ba Abuhanifa (r) va sipas ba yoroni Abuhanifa va payravonash muntahi gardid, pas har ki mekhohad, khush boshad, va har ki mekhohad, nokhush boshad». Baroi yake az aima guftand: «CHaro vaqte nomi Abuhanifa burda meshavad, uro sitoish megui, ammo az digaron, ki burda meshavad, chize dar madhashon namegui?» Guft; «- Zero, ki manzalati Imom Abuhanifa (r) dar bahrahoe, ki mardum az ilmi vay giriftaand, chun manzalati digaron past nest. Pas az in jihat makhsusan uro yod mekunam, to mardum ba duoi nek, dar haqi vay mutamoil gardand». 62-63-73. Hatibi Bagdodi, az Ibni Muborak (r) rivoyat mekunad, ki guft: «-Oqiltar az Imom (Abuhanifa) kasero dar ahdi khud nadidaam».

Va az Ali ibni Osim (r) rivoyat shudaast, ki guft: «-Agar aqli Abuhanifaro bo aqli nisfi ahli Zamin vazn mekardand, qatan aqli vay bar aqli onon bartari meyoft». Va az Mahammad ibni Abdullohi Ansori (r) rivoyat shudaast, ki guft: «-Aqlu khiradi Imom Abuhanifa rahamulloh dar guftor, kirdor, raftor, pindor va dar omadan va berun omadanash namoyon bud». (YAne, ba hamon mani, ki Imomi Azam Abuhanifa rahamulloh nishonai barjastai insoni komil va ormoni, dar rui Zamin budaand-S.B.B).

Va az Horija (r) rivoyat shudaast, ki guft: «-Bo hazor tan, az ulamo muloqot kardam, pas az miyoni onon se yo chahor tanro dar aqli komil yoftam. Va Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh)-ro dar savvumin yo chahorumin nafari onon yod kard».

Va Abuyusufi YAqub meguyad: «-Kasero oqiltar, javonmardtar, balandhimmattar va bomuruvattar, az Imom Abuhanifa (r) nadidaam». Va rivoyat shudaast, ki ruze dar mahzari Halifa Horun Ar-Rashid (r) zikri manoqibi Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) raft, pas Horunro bar eshon dil sukht va guft: «-U bo chashmi khiradi khesh umurero medid, ki digaron bo chashmi sari khesh onro namedidand».

Hammod, farzandi Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) hikoyat mekunad, ki: «-Padaram dar masjid nishasta budu khudro bo jomaash dar pechida, dar in hangom az saqfi masjid more buzurg dar gardani vay aftod, ammo ba Hudo savgand, ki u na vahshatzada shud va na az joyash barkhost, balki guft: (-Lan yusibano illo mo kataballohu lano-Hargiz namerasad ba mo magar onchi, ki Hudo ba mo muqaddar namuda ast,) pas ba dasti chapi khesh morro girift va onro az khesh dur afgand». Va dar kitobi «Saloti Masudi» omada, ki: «-Imomi Azam (r) on morro ba nalayni muborakashon, ba yak zarbae, ki ba sarash zadand, jon ba haq taslim kard, ki vaznash ba chand sangi tarozu bud.

Va Imom Abdulloh ibni Idrisi SHofei (r) mefarmoyand: «-Zanon az tavlidi marde, oqiltar az Abuhanifa, ba po nakhestaand». Va Bakr ibni Hubaysh (r) meguyad: «-Agar aqli vay (yane, Abuhanifa rahamulloh) va aqli ahli zamonashro hama yakjo kunand, be gumon aqli vay bar aqli hamagishon bartarii tom meyobad». 62-92-93.

Ashobi manoqib, dar karamu sakhovati Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) ittifoqi nazar dorand. Zero ba durusti naql gardida, ki on Imom (Abuhanifa) rahamulloh sakhitarin, javonmardtarin kas, bo hamnavonu hamsoyagon va alalkhusus bo yoronu hamnishinoni khesh bud. Pas chun ahli majlis barkhostand, Imomi Azam (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) baroyash guft: «-On chiro, ki dar zeri on joynamoz ast, bigir va ba on jomai orosta muhayyo kun va saru somon bigir, ki Islom iffat va ozodagiro mekhohad». Mard mablagero, ki dar zeri joynamoz bud, bardosht va bo kamoli taajub did, ki on mablag, yak hazor dirham ast.

Abuyusufi YAqub (r) meguyad: «-Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh), dar hej hojate ba yori farokhonda namebud, magar in ki on hojatro ravo mesokht va on goh, ki Hammod, yagona farzandash surai «Fotiha» (Alhamd)-ro khatm kard, ba muallimi vay ponsad dirham va ba qavle nuhsad dirham va ba qavle hazor dirham hadya, ba sifati haqquzahmi u firistod, muallim guft: «-Okhir man chi kor kardam, ki in mablagi buzurg baroyam firistoda meshavad? Pas Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) vayro farokhonda va az vay uzrkhohi namud va farmud: «-Onchiro, ki ba farzandam omukhtai, haqir mashmor! Ba Hudo savgand, ki agar ba mo beshtar az in ham mebud, baroi tazimi Quroni Karim onro ba SHumo ehdo mekardem».

Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) odat dosht, ki foidai molut-tijoraro, ki az Kufa, ba Bagdod mefiristodand, sol ba sol jamovari mekard va bo on havoiji asotidi muhaddis az qabili khuroku pushok va gayraro kharidori menamudand va sipas boqimondai on pulro niz ba on shuyukh (shaykhho va ustodoni buzurgi ilmu marifat, mufassiron, muhaddison va muballigonu mujtahiddini giromi-S.B.B)-i giromi (r) ehdo mekardand va mefarmudand (Hazrati Imomi Azam Abuhanifa razialloh): «-In mablagro dar hovaij (hojat)-i khesh ba masraf rasoned va juz Hudoi mutaol, kase digarro sitoish nagued, zero, ki man az moli khudam ba SHumo nadodaam, balki in samarai fazli Ilohi ast, ki onro bar dasti man jori megardonad».

Va Vaqi (r) meguyad: – Abuhanifa (r) baroyam guft: «-CHihil sol ast, ki mablage besh az chahor dirhamro molik (yane, sohibi) nagardidaam, magar  inki  onro  dar  rohi Hudo (jalla jalolahu) infoq (nafaqa) kardam».

Dalel inki agar Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) mablagi chahor hazor dirhamro nazdi khud nigoh medoshtand, in sukhani Ali karamallohu vajha bud, ki farmud: «CHahor hazor dirham nafaqai shakhs ast». Ba hamin jihat Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) farmud: «-Va agar nametarsidam, ki ba in guruh… (manzuri eshon hokimoni johil va insonhoi ummushayton bud) muhtoj megardam, ki hatto yak dirhamro nazdi khud nigoh namedoshtam».

Va Fazil (r), ki yake az aimai digari ahli zuhdu irfon ast, meguyad: «-Abuhanifa rahamulloh, ba bisyorii fazlu karam, qillati kalom va tajlilu ehtiromi ilmu ahli ilm baso maruf bud».

Va ulamovu aimai (imomon) din, dar tavsifi Imom (Abuhanifa) rahamulloh meguftand: «-U zinnati Hudoi mutaol ast, bo ilmu amal va sakhovu bazli khud va akhloqi «Quroni»-i khesh».

Musaar (r) meguyad: «-Hargiz baroi khud (Imom Abuhanifa rahamulloh) va ahli baytash joma yo meva yo chizi digare namekharid, magar in ki qabl az on, baroi asotidu ulamo, monandi onro kharidori va bad nafaqai ahli khonai khudro mepardokht».

Va Abuyusufi Qozi (r) meguyad: «-Az in ki dar barobari hadoyoi (hadyaho) vay siposguzori shavad, gamgin meshud va meguft: «-Sipos Haq taoloro binamoed, zero on chi az dasti man daryoft karded, rizqe bud, ki Hudoi taolo ba sui SHumo firistod». Va ham Abuyusuf, (r) meguyad: «-Bist sol, tamomi makhoriji man (Imom Abuyusufi YAqub shogirdi Imom Abuhanifa rahamulloh bud-S.B.B) va afrodi tahti takafful (ukhdadorii umuri marbut ba kase, ki az nazari qonuni ehtiyoj ba kafil dorad, jami kafil-S.B.B)-i manro mepardokht va chun ba vay meguftam: – Javodtar (javonmardi, bakhshishu karam) az SHumo kasero nadidaam!

Meguft: «-CHi guna ast, agar jud (bakhshish, sakhovatmandi)-u sakhoi ustodam Hammod ibni Abusulaymoni faqehro bubini, ki jometar az vay rahamulloh, dar khislathoi pisandida, hej kasero nadidaam? 62-84-87.

Horunarrashid, ki az bayoni khasoili baso nekui Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) sakht dar taajjub va taammul furu rafta bud, sar bardosht va guft: «-Beshak, ki in akhloq akhloqi nekonu solehon ast». 62-127.

Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r), chunone, ki qablan zikr shud, az jumlai tobiini giromi hastand va eshon «Jamoate az sahoba rizvonallohu alayhimro didaand va in imtiyoze ast buzurg, chi dar Hadisi saheh, az chandin tariq rivoyat shuda ast, ki Rasululloh (s) farmudaand:

«-Husho ba holi on kas, ki maro did. Va khusho ba holi on kas, ki did on kasro, ki maro dida ast va khusho ba holi on kas, ki did onkasro, ki dida ast onkasro, ki maro didaast».

Va az jumlai in sifat, yake in ast, ki Imomi Azam (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) dar qarni Rasululloh (s) mutavallid gardidaand va in niz imtiyoze ast buzurg, chi az tariqi bisyori, az on Hazrat (s) rivoyat shuda ast, ki farmudaand: «-Behtarin mardum, mardumi qarni manand, sipas onone, ki ba dunboli eshon meoyand, bad az on onone, ki ba dunbol-dunboli eshon meoyand».

Va dar rivoyate digar az Imom Muslim (r) omada ast, ki on Hazrat (s) farmudaand: «-Behtarin mardum, mardumi qarneand, ki man dar onam, sipas qarni duvvum, sipas qarni savvum». 62-61-62.

Va az jumlai in sifat, yake in ast, ki Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) dar asri tobiin ijtihod namud va fatvoi ilmi haq dod, balki on goh, ki Amash (r) ozimi «Haj» bud, ba sui vay kas firistod, to manosiki (usul va odobi ibodat va ziyorati hajro baroyash binavisad va meguft (Amash rahamulloh): «-Manosik (ibodatho; amole, ki dar hangomi haj anjom medihand monandi ehrom bastan tavofi Kaba; davidan bayni Savofu Marva, iqomat dar Arafot, sang ba shayton zadan, qurboni, ziyorati ravzai muboraki Rasuli akram salomullohu alayh va gayra-S.B.B)-ro ba tavri saheh, az Abuhanifa binavised, zero man kasero az vay donotar, ba farzu nafl va vojiboti manosik va mustahabot namedonam».

Pas bingared, ba hamchun shahodate baroi vay az Imome fozil ba poyai Amash Rahamullohu alayh.

Va az jumlai in khususiyoti mazkur, rivoyati buzurgon va asotidi on Imom (Abuhanifa) rahamulloh va gayri eshon, az peshiniyon va peshkasvaton musallam, arsai ilmu irfon, az eshon ast, hamchun Umar va Ibni Dinor (Molik, Amash, Ibrohimi Adham, Ibrohimi Nakhi, Musaar (yo Misar), Dovudi Toi, Hammodi Faqeh Ibni Abusulaymon, Ibni Muborak, Sufyoni Savri, Fazil, Imom Jafari Sodiq razialloh, va gayra) va chi fazle buzurgtar az in ast, ki ustod (Abuhanifa rahamulloh baso khoksorona), baroi shogirdash, shogirdi namoyad.

Va az jumlai in khususiyot, bisyorii yoroni eshon ast, ki in khususiyat nasibi kase bad az eshon nashuda ast, chunon ki guzasht. Marde nazdi Vaqi (r) guft:

– Abuhanifa khato kardaast.

Pas Vaqi (r) bar vay bong zad va guft:

 «-Sokit! Ki guyandai chunin sukhanon monandi chahorpoyon ast, balki u az chahorpoyon ham gumrohtar meboshad, chi guna Abuhanifa (r) khato mekunad va dar nazdi vay aimai buzurg chun Imom Molik (r), Abuyusuf va Imom Muhammad (r) dar fiqh, Abdulloh ibni Muborak (r), Sufiyoni Savri (r) va gayra … (az onon ba nom yod kard) dar Hadis va aimae chun Ibrohimi Adham (r), Amash (r) va falonu falon… (az onon ba nom yod burd) dar zabon va adabiyoti Arab va aimai zuhdu vara, chun boz Abdulloh ibni Muborak (r), Fazil (r), Dovudi Toi, Imom Jafari Sodiq (r) va boz Amash, Ibrohimi Adham va gayra vujud dorad, va har kas yorone hamchun in guruh doshta boshad, mumkin nest, ki khato kunad, zero agar u ba khato ravad (ummati payombar salam, ba mushkiliho ru ba ru meshud), onon vayro ba haq megardonand.

Va niz Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh) avvalin kase ast, ki dar tarikhi Islom kitobi faroiz, kitobi aqoid va kitobi shurut (az shart; yane, qaror, paymon, ahd, amr va qavle lozima-S.B.B)-ro vaz kard.

Va az jumlai in khususiyot, intishor (pahn gardidan, nashr kardan, gustarish)-i mazhabi Imomi Humom Abuhanifa (r) ast, dar qalamravhoe, ki juz mazhabi hanafi (mazhabi Imomi Azam razialloh), digar mazhabe dar onho nest, chun qalamravhoi Hindu Sind, CHin, Rum, Afgoniston, Pokiston, Movarounnahr (hamchunin jamohiri kununii totorzabon va turkigui kishvari Rusiyai buzurg).

Va az jumlai in khususiyot, ki infoq (nafaqa dodan)-i Imom Abuhanifa rahamulloh bud, bar khud va bar ulamoi digar, az mahsuli dastranji khesh va inki u hej hadya va joyiza va mukofotro napaziruft.

Va az jumlai in khususiyot, margi mazlumona (bale, Imomi Azam Abuhanifa razialloh chun Isoi Maseh salomulloh, va chun Hazrati Usmon (r), Hazrati Ali (-s), Hazrati Imom Hasan va Hazrati Imom Husayn (-s), 76-tan shahidoni poki dashti Karbalo, SHaykh Mansuri Halloj (r), va digar insonhoi komil mavridi ozmoishi Haq taolo qaror girifta bud, ki baso shujoatmandona va baso majnunu shaydo va mastu makhmur, az jamoli Haq subhonahu va taolo dunyoi purfitnai insoniro tark guft va bo amri Hudovandi jalla jalolahu ruhi   muboraki u sui bihishti anbarsirisht ba alo iliyyin parvozi puravj kard. (Sayid Burhoniddini Buzurgmehr) Imom Abuhanifa (r) bud, ki az javru sitam va azobu shikanjaho va zarbi darrahoi khunoshomi Halifa Mansuri johil, dar zindoni Bagdod-markazi khilofati Abbosiyon, ba shahodat rasid, baso mardona!

Albatta in sifot va khususiyot, mazid (afzuni, ziyodi) bar hamai avsofi mumtozi digare chun: kasrat (bisyori, farovoni)-i ibodat, kasrati Haju umra, zuhdu vara, khoriqulloddai eshon ast, ki ba tavotur (pay dar pay), ba isbot rasidaast… 62-61-63.

…Va Fazil (r) guft: «-Imom Abuhanifa (r) shakhsiyate bo haybat (salavotbaland) va muvaqqar (matin) dosht, juz dar javobi suoli digaron sukhan nameguft va dar onchi, ki mufid va foida nabud fururavi namekard va na ham ba sukhanoni behuda gush faro medod» (bale, furutani, mehruboni, purtavozu budan va porsoi khosi mardumi oriyoist va Imom Abuhanifa (r), ki forsist, yane, az tojikzabononi Kobul budand, purtaqvovu khomush budand va har nafasi muboraki khudro ganimat donista, beshtar, ba zuhdu vara mashguliyat doshtand va behtarin avqoti eshon kashfi masoili shari va adovu ijroi farzi qoim va farzi doim budaast-S.B.B).

Kase az Imom Abuhanifa (r) pursid, ki kadom yak az in du Imom behtarand, Alqama (r) yo Asvad (r)? Farmud: «-Ba Hudo martabatam besh az in nest, ki eshonro juz ba duo va talabi omurzishu buzurgi yod kunam, pas chi guna metavonam yakero bar digare bartari diham?»

Va Ibni Muborak (r) baroi Sufyoni Savri (r) guft: «-CHi qadar Abuhanifa az gaybat dur ast, hargiz nadidaam, ki gaybati dushmani khudro bikunad!»

Abusufyoni Savri (r) dar posukhi vay guft: «-Ba Hudo, ki u oqiltar az on ast, ki bar savobho va hasanoti khesh chizero musallat sozad, ki onro pok az miyon bardorad, u chi son bo gaybati digaron savobhoyashro barbod medihad?»

SHarik (r) meguyad: «Abuhanifa (r) sukute sangin va tuloni va khiradu faqohate bisyor vase dosht, bo mardum u bisyor kam ba mujodala mepardokht va bo onon bisyor kam sukhan meguft». (Bale, ba istisnoi on lahazote, ki boyad tiri haq ba sui botil zadan vojib boshad-S.B.B).

Va shakhse bar Imom Abuhanifa (r) guft:-Badkhohonat dar pushti sarat sukhanatro meguyand, ammo tu dar borai ahade lab ba sukhan tar namekuni? Imom Abuhanifa (r) farmud: «-In fazli Ilohi ast, ki bar har kas bikhohad, mebakhshoyad».

Va Bakir ibni Maruf guft: «-Hej mardero dar ummati Hazrati Muhammad (s), nekusirattar va purzuhdu taqvodortar va fozilu khiradmandtar, az Abuhanifa nadidam, ki nadidam».

Va Makkii ibni Ibrohim (r) meguyad: «-Bo aholii Kufa mujolasat va muonasat kardam, ammo dar miyoni onon kasero parhezgortar, az Imomi Azam Abuhanifa nadidam».

Sahl ibni Mazohim meguyad: «-Andar manzili Imom Abuhanifa, ba mahzari vay meomadem, ammo dar on juz buryofarsh digare namedidem».

Hasan ibni Soleh (r) meguyad: «-Imom Abuhanifa (r) dar varau taqvo sakht peshrav bud, az harom va oluda shudan, ba on sakht tarson bud, bisyori, az halolhoro az tarsi shubhanok budani onho furu meguzosht, faqahero khudotarsu nigahbontar, az vay dar posdori, az nafs va ilmash nadidaam, ba Haq, ki jihodu paykori vay, hama baroi obodonii okhiratash bud».

Va YAzid ibni Horun (r) meguyad: «-Az hazor shaykh (ustod) tahsili ilm karda va matlabu rivoyat va Hadis navishtaam, ammo dar miyoni in hazor tan shaykh, parhezgortaru zabonnigohdortar va muhaddistar az Imomi Azam Abuhanifa nadidaam». 62-82-91.

Ustod Abulqosim Qushayri, dar risolai marufi khud, ki buzurgtarin kitobi sarvaroni mo ahli tasavvuf qaddasalloh arvohuhum hast, dar bobi «taqvo» meguyad: «-Abuhanifa (r) dar soyai darakhti qarzdorash namenishast va meguft: «-Har qarze, ki munqatero ba sui khud jalb kunad, pas on qarz ribo ast».

Va izofa mekard: «-Ammo man, in amali khudro bar mardum vojib namedonam, lekin olim boyad baroi khudash, az amalash, beshtar az hadde, ki khalqro ba sui on davat mekunad, bargirad».62-82-91.

Vaqi (r) meguyad: «-Abuhanifa amonatdori buzurg bud». Abunaim va Fazil (r) niz guftaand: «-Abuhanifa (r) nakudiyonat bud va baso azimulamonat». 62-82-91.

… Va az farosatu tezbinii Imom Abuhanifa (r) guftaand, ki: – U ziyoda peshgui, az voqeote mekard, badan on voqeot ba rostii qavli Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) amali meshudand, yane u saropo valii sohibkaromot bud.

Az jumlai osori in farosot, peshguihoi Imom Abuhanifa (r) dar haqqi jame az yoronashon bud, ki hama chunon, ki gufta budand, runamo gardid. Va Imom Zufar ibni Huzayl va Dovudi Toi, az on jam budand. Zero Imom Abuhanifa (r), baroi Dovudi Toi guft: « -Tu khudro baroi ibodati Haq vaqf mekuni». Va chunon shud, ki u az aimai sufiyoni zamon gardid.

Va az on jumla bud Abuyusufi YAqub (r), ki Imom Abuhanifa (r) ba vay guft: «-Tu ba dunyo garoish meyobi!» Va chunon shud, ki Imom (r) farmuda bud… 62-82-91.

Imomi Azam (r) baso zakovatmand va hozirjavob budaand. Az in bob ast, suoli marde az badkhohoni Imom Abuhanifa (r), az eshon, ki guft: – CHi megui dar borai shakhse, ki orzu nadorad bihishtro va nametarsad az otashi duzakh va nametarsad az Hudoi taolo va khurad gushti khudmurdaro va namoz mekhonad, biduni rukuu sajda va guvohi medihad ba on chi, ki onro nadidaast va az haq nafrat dorad va fitnaro dust medorad va az rahmat megurezad va yahudu nasoriro tasdiq mekunad?

Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) farmud: «-Oyo tu az shakhsi muayyane mepursi, ki bar ahvoli on ogohi dori?»

On mard guft: – Hayr! Fardi khose mavridi nazaram nest, lekin az chunin kas nave dar olam badtar nayoftam, lojaram turo az on pursidam.

Imom Abuhanifa (r) ba yoronash ru kard va guft: «-Dar borai chunin shakhse chi megued?»

YOron guftand: – In chunin shakhse – badtarin fardi olam ast, zero in sifat, sifoti kuffor meboshad.

Pas Imom Abuhanifa (r) tabassum namudavu khitoban ba on mard farmud:

«-In shakhse, ki tu bo in avsof (sifat) az on yod kardi, az avliyoi barhaqi Hudoi taolo ast». Sipas ilova namud:

«-Agar bar oyat sobit kunam, ki shakhsi mavridi nazari tu valii Hudoi taolo ast, oyo zabonatro az badguiyam nigah medori va kiromalkotibinro az in dar zahmati on chize nameandozi, ki saranjom ziyonu vuboli on saranjom mar turost?!

Mard guft: – Ore!

Pas Imomi Humom Abuhanifa (r) farmud: «-On shakhs orzui Bihishtro nadorad, az on ru, ki orzui Parvardigori subhon Bihishtro dorad; az Duzakh nametarsad, chun az Parvardigori yaktovu qodir duzakh metarsad va az Hudoi mutaol nametarsad, ki dar adolatu saltanati mutlaqai khesh bar vay sitam namoyad, yane, az sitami Hudoi taolo nametarsad va gushti mohii khudmurdaro mekhurad, chunki halol ast va tayib (pokiza, tohir) va namozro biduni rukuu sajda mekhonad, on goh, ki namozi janozaro mekhonad, yo murod ba salot, durudi sharif ast, ki bar Payombari giromi (s) durud va salavot mefiristad.

Va manii in ki guvohi medihad, ba on chi ki namebinad, niz rushan ast, zero u ba vujud va yagonagii Hudo va risolati Hazrati Muhammad (s) guvohi medihad, dar hole, ki hej yak az onhoro nadidaast. Va az haq nafrat dorad, bale! Az marg, ki haq ast, nafrat dorad, to itoati Hudoi mutaolro binamoyad. Va fitnaro dust medorad, ki mol va farzand, ast va az rahmat megurezad, ki boron ast, to uro khis (tar) nakunad va yahudu nasroniro tasdiq mekunad, dar in guftai eshon (khudi onho), ki: «-Laysat-an-yahud alo shayin» (yane, yahud bar chize nestand) va nasororo tasdiq mekunad, dar in guftai eshon, ki: «-Laysat-al-nasoro, alo shayin» (yane: «Nasoro bar chize nestand». «Dar in jo bud, ki mard az posukhhoi sokitkunanda va dandonshikani valiyulloh Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) mabhut mond va guft: «-Man ba durusti guvohi mediham, ki tu (Abuhanifa) bar jodai Haq va haqiqat ravoni, maro mazur dor… /62-82-91.

… Zane nazdi Imom Abuhanifa (r) omad va guft: «-Barodaram ba rahmati Haq payvast va shashsad dinor az khudash ba jo guzosht, ammo az hamai in mablag, faqat yak dinor ba man rasid».

Imom Abuhanifa (r) farmud: «-Irsiya (meros, moli taraka, ki tarakaash farz ast)-i shumoro chi kase taqsim kard?! Zan guft: «-Dovudi Toi».

Imom Abuhanifa (r) farmud: «-Hamchunon ast, ki u taqsim kardaast! Oyo magar az barodarat, modare va du dukhtaru yak hamsaru duvozdah barodaru yak khohar, namondaast?». Zan guft: «-Ore! CHunin ast». Pas Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) farmud: «-Hub! Taqsimi irsiyai (meros) SHumo hamchunon ast, ki Dovudi Toi taqsim kardaast». 62-104.

… Parrandai Tovusero az hamsoyai Imom Abuhanifa (r) duzdida budand, hamsoya nazdi eshon az in voqea shikoyat burd. Imom Abuhanifa (r) farmud: «-Alon orom bigir, to man chora biandesham. Pas chun bomdod mardum ba masjid gird omadand, Imom Abuhanifa (r) khitob ba onon farmud: – Oyo hayo namekunad, on kas, ki tovusi hamsoyaashro meduzdad va boz ba namoz meoyad, dar hole, ki asari pari on tovus dar sarash huvaydo ast?! Dar in asno duzdi tovus sarosema dast bar sar kashid, ki in holati nanginro hama didand va bad-in guna on duzd khudashro ba zakovati Imomi Azam (r) namoyon sokht. Pas Imom Abuhanifa ba u guft: «-Oqoi aziz! Birav va tovusi on mardro ba u deh!» Pas on mard nihoyat khijil va sharmsor shud va az kardai khud sad pushaymon gardid va parrandaro ba sohibi on bargardond. 62-115.

… Amash rahamulloh marde dilgir bud, az on ru, ki tabe tund dosht. Pas yake az kajkhulqihoi vay sakht baroyash mushkilsoz shud, zero bar taloqi zanash savgand yod kard, agar chunon chi uro zanash az tamom shudani ord khabar dihad, yo in amrro ba u tai navishtae bayon kunad yo biogohonad, yo payke bad in paygom baroyash bifiristad, yo in amrro ba kase digar ba miyon guzorad, to u onro ba gushi vay birasonad, yo hatto in amrro bo ishora matrah sozad (yane, jam, bo khat, bo lafz va ishorate, ki ba u zanash yo kase ru ba ru bifahmonad-S.B.B). Binoan bechora zani Amash (r), dar in amri shavhari gustokhi khud mutahayir mond, ki chi kunad? Pas kase ba vay mashvarat dod, ki chorai in mushkilot nazdi Abuhanifa (r) ast. U ba nazdi Imom Abuhanifa (r) omad va mojaroro ba eshon bozguft.

Imom Abuhanifa (r) farmud: «-CHun kisa (khalta)-i ord tamom shud, onro dar hangome, ki Amash ba khob andar ast, bo jomaash mahkam gireh zan, pas chun bedor shavad, onro mebinad va az tamom shudani ord, dar khona ittilo meyobad».

Zani Amash chunin kard, ki Imomi Azam (r) farmuda bud. Amash, ki bedor shud va in guna khudro gofilgir did, dod zad va guft:

– Ba Hudo, ki in az hilahoi Abuhanifa ast. CHi guna mo komyob meshavem, to u zinda boshad?! U moro dar miyoni zanonamon rasvo mekunad, zero notavoni va gumrohii moro va badjahlivu beandeshagi va soddagii moro ba eshon menamoyonad!! (In bud, ki Amash (r) digar dar zindagii khesh sari in masalaho barnagasht, az barakati zakovati Imom Abuhanifa rahamulloh-S.B.B).

… Marde dar zamoni Imom Abuhanifa (r) davii payombari kard va ba mardum guft: – Muddate ba man muhlat dihed, to nishone biyovaram. Imom Abuhanifa (r) farmud:

«Har kas az vay talabi nishona namoyad, kofir meshavad, zero dar holate az vay talabi nishona namudaast, ki takzibkunandai in farmudai Rasuli barhaqi Hudo (s) ast: «Lo nabiyya badi» (yane: – Bad az man payombare nest»!) (Dar zimni in hadisi sharifi nabavi salam, yak chiro yodras namudan zarur va farz ast, darj namoem, ki khudro bardurug «payambar» khondani Bahoulloh, yane, Mirzo Husayn Alii Nuri (1817-1892) va maslaki tasisnamudaash-«Bahoiya»-ro, oyini bahoiya elon doshtanash ham, nazdi mo afsonae besh nest. Bahoiya afkori falsafii duzdidashudaest, az ulamo va hakimoni peshin, ki orzui adolatkhohi doshtand. Agar bahoiyon, bo didai bedor: ba Islomi mubin nazar namoyand, ba durusti khohand dark kard, ki peshvoyashon, baroyashon yagon chizi nave naguftaast va har murode, ki dorand, az Islom onro metavon daryoft, ki Islom oyini odamiyat va bashardustist. Pas hej zarurate ba gumrohsozii mardum nest. Bahoiya mahsuli «magzi ayyorona»-i josusoni peshini inglisist, baroi mutafarriq sokhtani musalmononi olam-S.B.B).

… Va dar Madina bo Muhammad ibni Hasan ibni Ali raziallohu anhum muloqot namud (Imom Abuhanifa rahamulloh). Muhammad ibni Hasan (r) ba Imom farmud:

«-Oyo shumoed, ki bo amal ba qiyos (daleli aqli), bo ahodisi jaddam Rasululloh sallallohu alayhi va olihi va sallam mukholifat mevarzed?!» Imom Abuhanifa (r) farmud: – Panoh metalabam ba Hudoi azza va jall, az chunin amre. Binshin, ki turo hurmate ast buzurg, ham monandi hurmati Jaddat (s), ki bartarin durudhovu salomho bar vay (s) bod»! Pas Muhammad ibn-Al-Hasan (r) nishast va Abuhanifa (r) dar peshi ruyash ba adab zonu zad.

Va on goh az Muhammad ibn-Al-Hasan (r) pursid: – Bifarmoed, ki mard zaiftar ast, yo zan? Muhammad raziallohu anhum guft: – Zan zaiftar ast. Sipas pursid: – Sahmi zan az meros chi qadar ast? Muhammad (r) guft: – Nisfi sahmi mard. Pas Imom Abuhanifa (r) guft: – Agar meyor nazdi man qiyos (daleli aqli) mebud, boyad hukmro munqalib (ki az surat va hole ba surat va hole digar dar-omada va digargun shuda) mesokhtam va meguftam, ki sahmi zan du barobari sahmi mard ast. On goh az Muhammad ibn-Al-Hasan (r) pursid: – Namoz fazli beshtare dorad, yo ruza?

Muhammad ibn-Al Hasan (r) guft: – Namoz. Pas Imom Abuhanifa (r) guft: Agar qiyos meyori hukmi man mebud, boyad zani hoyiz (be namoz, zani uzrdida)-ro ba qazo ovardani namoz dastur medodam, na ba  qazo ovardani ruza. Sipas az Muhammad ibn-Al-Hasan (r) pursid: – Oyo bavl najas ast, yo mani? Muhammad ibn-Al-Hasan (r) guft:- Bavl.

Abuhanifa (r) guft: – Agar qiyos meyori hukmi man mebud, boyad guslro az bavl vojib medonistam, na az obi mani. Maozalloh, az in ki hukm ba Hadisi Rasuli Hudo (s)-ro furu guzoram, balki man khodimi ahodisi Rasuli Hudo (s) va kamtarin gulomi in borgoham. Pas on goh Muhammad ibn-Al-Hasan (r) barkhost va rukhsori Abuhanifa (r)-ro busid… 62-118.

CHun sukhan in jo az bobi chi guna ba ahodisi Nabavi (s) payravi va amal kardani Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) raft, zarur meshumorem, ki chand harfe, dar sanadi eshon (yane, Imom Abuhanifa (r), dar ilmi hadis va amali on az jonibi eshon gufta boshem, ki shoir guftaast: «Har sukhan joevu har nukta maqome dorad» (S.B.B).

CHunone, ki guftem, Imom Abuhanifa (r) az mahzari chahor hazor (!) shaykh, az aima (imomon)-i tobiin (sahobai kiromro daryofta) va gayri eshon akhaz (ziyod istifoda kardan)-i Hadis namudaand.

Va ba hamin dalel, Zahabi (r) va gayri on Imom Abuhanifa (r)-ro dar tabaqoti hiffoz (muroqib, nigohbon, mahfuz-doranda)-i muhaddisin barshumurda namudaand. 62-139.

Va boyad guft, ki dar ilmi qiroati Quroni karim, niz eshon (Imom Abuhanifa (r) ustodi doshtaand va az khurdsoli, sabki qiroat va tajvidu tartili Kalomullohro khub omukhtaand va ovozi khushe doshtaand va ham Quroni Majidro purra hifz namudaand, ki dar Islom chunin fardoni bedordil va bedormagzu poknihod va muvahhidro qorii murattab meguyand, ki Quron dar qalbi u astu hikmati voloi Ilohi, dar sari muborak (S.B.B).

Rivoyati vorida, az tariqi mutaaddid hoki ast, ki Imom Abuhanifa (r) ilmi qiroatro az Osim, ki yake az qarro (khushkhon qori, ki Quronro neku mekhonad)-i saba (haftgona) ast, omukhtaand. 62-138.

Va har kas pindoshtaast, ki Imom Abuhanifa (r), ba Hadis kametibor budaand, yo dar tahqiq peromuni in amr sahlangor buda va yo, ki hasad bar joni vay rakhna afkanda, zero bo inoyat, ba in ki Imom Abuhanifa (r) avvalin kase budaand, ki bo rioyati tamom usul va zavobit, az daloili shari, istinboti ahkom namudaand (ki to ba Abuhanifa (r) yagon mujtahidi sarsupurdae nabud, ki bo in tarzu usul az ahkomi Ilohi, ahodisi nabavi salam va az daloili shari istifoda kunad va be muboliga eshon asosguzori voqei va muhaddisi mushikofeand, dar tarikhi Ispom va tarikhi bayoni ilmu ahkomi shari, ki binoi fiqhro, yane, Kokhi jovidonii adolati Ilohiro bar asosi Oyoti sharifu ahodisi Nabavi salam, tarmim va ustuvor sokhtaand, ki tamomi fuqahovu aimai badi u rahamulloh muhassilini maktabi Abuhanifa rahamulloh, yane, niyozmandoni in Kokhi adli Ilohiand, ki muassisash hamono Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) ast va digaron hama rezakhuri khoni Abuhanifai oriyoii «Imonro», ba guftai Rasuli akram sallallohu alayhi va olihi va sallam: «az Surayyo ba chang ovaranda» meboshand. Agar ba haqiqati hol qoil bishavem vozehtar in ast, ki muassisini mazohibi digar, hama ba jumlagi, shogirdi shigirdoni baso fozili Imom Abuhanifaand va in mazohib shaklhoi tabdil va tagyirdodashudai mazhabi Siroji umam – Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) meboshand. Mazhabi Imomi Azam (r) benazir mazhabest, ki dar on odobi purrai toatu ibodat, yane, ahkomi Ilohi va Sunnati piri shariat va peshvovu Mavloi ummat – Hazrati Muhammad (s) farzu vojib ast va har sukhani bevazne, ki nisbati Imom Abuhanifa (r) va mazhabi u gufta meshavad, hama az rui hasad va hamono najodparasti va kurdili ast, ki in tarzi raftoru kirdor va munosibat bo peshvoyoni din, khele khandaovar ast va Islomi mubin, ki Payombarash – habibi Hudo Muhammadi Mustafo sallallohu alayhi va olihi va sallam ast, tafriqaandozonro dust nadorad, boyad, ki «Mumin, barodari mumin» boshand, zero ki rohi hamai mo ba sui Alloh ast-S.B.B), ki in haqiqat dar kutubi yoronashon (r) marufu mashhud ast – pas chi guna az faqehe in chunin, istinboti ahkomu masoili -beshumori shari, mutasavvuri maqdur  budaast?!

Va boyad guft, ki ba jihati ishtigoli Imom Abuhanifa (r), ba in amri avlovu ahamm (sazovoru ahamiyatnok), ahodisi Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r), dar khorij zohir nagardida ast, chunonki Hazrati Abubakri Siddiqu Umar Al-Foruq raziallohu anhumo ba daleli ishtigol, ba musolihi ommai muslimin, ba andozai digar ashob majoli rivoyati Ahodisro nayoftaand, ba tavre, ki mulohiza mekunem, hatto sahobai ba marotib pointar az Eshon rizvonullohu alayhim, az onon, dar rivoyati Hadisi sharif sabaq giriftaand. Hamin guna Molik (r) va SHofei (r), niz dar rivoyati Hadis hamon maydonero paymuda natavonistaand, ki mutafarrigon, dar amri rivoyat, khamchun Abuzara (r) va Ibni Muin (r) paymudaand, binoan Ahodisi ziyode az Molik (r) va SHofei (r) ham rivoyat nashuda ast, ba tavri mushakhkhas, chi onon jumlagi, mashguli amri muhimtare budaand, ki hamono istinbot (istikhroj va daryofti mani va mafhum)-i ahkom buda ast».

Binoan aimae chun Abuhanifa (r), Molik (r) va SHofei (r), az siqot (mutamadon)-i aimai Hadis ba shumor meravand, lekin farqashon bo aimai hiffozu digar dar in ast, ki inon Ahodisro dar korgohi istinbotu korkhonai ijtihod afkandavu az onho hazoron hukmu masalai shariro istinbot kardaand, ki imruz madori amali sharii muslimin ast, dar hole, ki aimai Hadis, faqat Ahodisro jam va tadvin (va tabligu intishor) namudaand, ki garchi in niz dar joygohi khud muhim ast, lekin zikri in nukta kholi, «az foida nest, ki kisrat (farovoni)-i rivoyate biduni daroyat (daryoft, ogohi, donoi) az nazari barkhe az aimai buzurg, darkhuri sitoish nameboshad,  balki hatto Ibni Abdulbarr bobero dar zammi on munaqid namuda va sipas guftaast: «-Fuqahoi jamoati muslimin bar onand ki ifrot dar rivoyati Ahodis, biduni tafaqquh (ilmi fiqh khondan, faqeh shudan va daryofti mani) tadabbur (jarfbini, mushikofi) dar onho mustadii (darkhostkunanda)-i mazammatu mustavjibi malomat ast». 62-139-140.

Va ham Az in ru, ast, ki Ibni SHibirma (r) meguyad: «-Kam rivoyat kun, to faqeh shavi!» 62-140.

Va Abdulloh Ibni Muborak (r) meguyad: «-Takiyai tu dar ahkom boyad bar Quron va Hadis boshad va az ray hamon miqdor bargir, ki Hadisro baroi tu tafsir namoyad».

YAke az maoziri (mazur) Abuhanifa (r), dar kam guftanu rivoyat namudani Hadis, az in sukhani vay istinbot meshavad, ki farmud:

«- Baroi shakhs sazovor nest, to juz on ahodisero, rivoyat namoyad, ki dar hangomi shunidan hifz namuda va to hangomi rivoyati on hamchunon juzi mahfuzoti vay buda ast». 62-140.

Binoan az nazari Imom Abuhanifa (r) rivoyati Hadis, juz baroi hifzi on (chun digar aima-S.B.B)., baroi kase digar joiz nest.

Va Hatibi Bagdodi, az Isroil ibni YUnus rivoyat mekunad, ki guft: «-Nekushakhsiyate ast Numon (Imomi Azam), Alhaq, ki hofiztar az vay, dar har Hadise, ki dar manii fiqhi mavjud ast, nadidaam, ba rosti, u dar pajuhishu tahqiqi maoni (ki dar aimai ahdi Abuhanifa rahamulloh va hatto qabl az u va badi u, mutaassifona pajuhishu tahqiqi tafaqquhi, dar daryofti maonii fiqhi nabud, ki nabud-S.B.B)-i fiqhii Ahodis, ba gunai ejob (shigifti, ajuba) – angez, mohiru zabardast va baso dono bud!» 62-140.

Va az Abuyusufi YAqub (r) rivoyat shuda ast, ki guft: «-Kasero donotar, ba tafsiri Hadisu mavozei nukoti fiqhii on, az Abuhanifa rahamulloh nadidaam».

Va ham u (Abuyusuf) meguyad: «-Hargiz, dar hej masala, bo Abuhanifa rahamulloh mukholifat nanamudam magar, in ki chun dar on nek tadabbur kardam, mazhabi vayro dar on masala najotdihandatar, dar okhirat yoftam, va chunon bud, ki vaqte ba sui Hadis garoish meyoftam, mulohiza mekardam, ki u dar shinokhti Hadisi saheh niz, az man binotar va baso – dono ast». 62-141.

Abuyusufi YAqub (r) izofa mekunad: «-Va chun Imom Abuhanifa (r) bar raye musammim (az tasmim, ba uhda giriftani kore, tasmim giriftan-S.B.B) meshud, bar mashoikhi «Hadis»-i Kufa murur (guzar kardan) mekardem, ki bubinam, oyo bar taqviyati qavli vay Hadis yo asarero khoham yoft? Bas baso meshud, ki du hadis va se hadis, dar taqviyati on qavl meyoftam va az shodi takbir («Allohu akbar!») meguftam va onro, yane, hadisro nazdi Imom Abuhanifa (r) meovardam, ammo u bo shinokhti hamajonibae, ki az Ahodis dosht, dar borai baze az on ahodis meguft: – In hadis saheh nest. YO: – In hadisi mashhur nest.

Pas az in amr mutaajjub megardidam va meguftam: Ustodi aziz! Az kujo medoned, ki in hadis saheh nest, yo maruf nest, dar holeki in hadis muvofiq bo rayi SHumo ast? Dar posukhi suoli man meguft: «-Man ba donishi ahli Kufa donoyam». 62-141.

Ruze Imom Abuhanifa (r), dar majlisi Amash (r) bud, ki Amash az chand masala, mavridi suol qaror girift, ammo qabl oz on ki javob biguyad, ba har yak suol, ru ba Imomi Abuhanifa (r) kard va az rui ehtirom guft: – Rayi SHumo dar borai in masoil chist? Imom Abuhanifa (r) javobi on masoilro dodand. Amash guft: – In javobhoro az kujo ovarded? Imom Abuhanifa farmud: «- Az ahodise, ki az SHumo akhaz kardaam».

Va on goh shumori ziyode az on ahodisro hamroh bo turuq (tariq)-u asonidi on qiroat namud. Amash, ki hayratzada shuda bud, guft: «-Bas ast! – Alon donistam, ki onchiro dar sad ruz bar tu rivoyat kardaam, dar yak soat hamaro, ba man boz khohi guft!  Man namedonistam, ki tu ba in Ahodis amal mekuni, ey jamoati fuqaho! – SHumo utabo (tabib)-ed va mo dorukhonaho. – Va ammo tu ey mard! (Abuhanifa) – Hardu budro giriftai! – Tu ham tabibiyu ham dorukhona!» 62-141-142. Bale, Imom Abuhanifa (r), az peshkasvatoni  fanni Hadis budaand.

CHunonki hiffozi ilmi Hadisi sharifu baso muborak, az ahodisi on Imom (Abuhanifa rahamulloh)-hi humom masonid (az sanad; asosu dalel, chize ki ba on istinod meshavad)-i bisyorero jamovari va tadvin kardaand, ki bisyore az on masonid ba mo rasida va dar musnadhoi mashoikhi mo zikr shuda ast. 62-142.

Va nogufta namonad, ki Imom Abuhanifa  (r) dar ilmi Hadis, asari makhsuse dorad, bo nomi «Musnad Al-Imom Abuhanifa», ki doroi nuskhahoi ziyodi mutaaddid (be shumor, gunogun)-e ast, ki Abulmuayyad Muhammad ibni Mahmudi Horazmi onro girdovari namuda va bo muqaddimai khesh nashr namuda ast.

Va dar hilmi eshon (Imom Abuhanifa rahamulloh) ovardaand, ki: YAzid ibni Horun raziallohu anhum meguyad: «-Kasero burdbortar az Abuhanifa (r) nadidaam… U fazle azimu diyonate matin dosht, zabonashro nigahbon bud va az behudagiho ruygardon».

Guyand, ki marde zabon ba dashnomi on Imomi humom Abuhanifa (r) gushud, va didadaroiro to badon jo rasonid, ki guft: – Ey zindiq! Imom Abuhanifa (r) dar barobari hamai in jasoratho faqat yak jumla guft va on in bud, ki: «-Gafarallohu laka huva yalamu minni khalafa mo taqul!» («-Hudo bar tu biyomurzad, U az man khilofi onchiro medonad, tu ba man nisbat medihi»).

Ruze kase ba Imom Abuhanifa (r) khabar dod, ki yak tan az yoronashon az bom aftoda ast, Imom Abuhanifa (r) chunon faryode kashid, ki ahli masjid jumlagi onro shunidand, sipas sarosema bo poyi uryon ba roh zad, to ba bolini on yorash rasid va on goh dar Hole, ki megirist guft: «-Ey kosh mumkin bud, ki tamomi dardu marazi in azizro man barmedoshtam». Va az on ruz, har subhu shom ba bolini vay meomad, to on goh, ki on yorash shifo yoft, Imom Abuhanifa (r) tabibe dono bud va on yori khudro bo muruvvatu ehtiromi farzandpadari tabobat namud, to on zamon, ki on zahmatrasida ba zudi shifo yoft…

Ibni Muborak (r) meguyad: «-Az majlisi Abuhanifa (r), majlisi sangintar va bo ubbuhat (azamat va shukuhu jalol)-tar nadidaam. U sukute neku, jomae neku va rukhsore neku dosht».

Va Imom Zufar ibni Huzayl (r), shogirdi Imom Abuhanifa (r) meguyad: «-Imom Abuhanifa (r), sakht burdbor va sabur bud. Ruze Sufyon ibni Uyayna bar vay guzar kard va dar hole, ki sadoi Imom Abuhanifa (r) va yoronash dar masjid pechida bud, guft: – Ey Abuhanifa ! In masjid ast va sado dar on naboyad baland shavad, Imom Abuhanifa  (r) dar posukh guft: «-CHi kunam, inon juz ba in sheva masoilro namefahmand».

Va Halifa Horun-Ar-rashidi Abbosi, ba Abuyusufi YAqub (r) guft: – Akhloqi Abuhanifa (r)-ro baroyam tavsif kun. Abuyusufi YAqubi Qozi guft: – Ey amiralmuminin, Hudoi azza va jall meguyad: «-Mo yalfizu min qavlin illo ladayhi raqib-ba atid» («Inson hej sukhanero az dahon berun nameafganad, magar in, ki dar nazdi on nozir va raqibe bargumoshta ast»). Binoan, onchi dar borai vay ham aknun meguyam, daqiq va be gazofa ast:

– Imom Abuhanifa (r) dar haddi ziyodi ilmi man, mudofei sarsakhti muqaddasoti Ilohi va sakht parhezgor bud, u dar dini Hudoi azza va jall be pushvonai ilm sukhan nameguft, dustdori on bud, ki toati Ilohi, dar hama jo gustarish yobad va nofarmonii vay az sohoti ruzgor rakht barbandad, az dunyotalaboni tihimagzi zamonash bar kanor bud, na dar kasbu izzati dunyo bo hamginon (hampeshagon),  ba raqobat mepardokht va na dar kasbi rifohu rohat voridi in oshuftabozor megardid, sukute tuloni dosht va dar ayni hole, ki bar kuhe baland, az ulumi maorif takya zada bud, hamesha ba tafakkur andar bud (ki bo in khislati zoti u, yane, Imom Abuhanifa rahamulloh, az digar aimai Islom bartariyati tome dorad, ki umri khudro to vopasin nafasi muborak, vaqfu sarfi ijroi ahkomi Ilohi va Sunnati Rasululloh sallallohu alayhi va olihi va   ashobihi ajmain namudaast-S.B.B) va pursukhanu hazyonguy nabud, agar chunonchi az masalai mavridi pursish qaror megirift va dar on masala, malumote medosht, ba posukhi on zabon megushud va ba rasogiyu pukhtagii tamom ham javob meguft va dar gayri on haqro meyori khesh qaror doda va az sukhani haq payravi mekard va nusbul-ayn (manzuri nazar, muqobili chashm)-i vay dar har du holat in bud, ki nafsu dinashro nigahbon boshad.

Imom Abuhanifa (r) dar nisoru isori ilm va sarvati khesh niz, bisyor javodu bakhshanda bud, nafse purgano dosht va az tamomi mardum ehsosi beniyozi mekard va hargiz, ba tama moil nabud, az hisobi zahmati khesh ruz meguzaronid (YAne: «Domi tazvir»-u riyo namekard «CHun dagaron Quronro» -*dagar-parrandai gushtkhur, bosha, shohin S.B.B) va ba furushi matohoi gunogun mashgul bud, u hamchunin az gaybati digaron dar hazar bud va lab ba gaybati digaron namegushud va gaybat harom ast, meguft va kasero juz ba khayru khubi yod namekard».

Horun Ar-Rashid, ki az bayoni khasoili Imomi Azam Abuhanifa  (r) sakht dar taammul furu rafta bud, sar bardosht va guft: «-Beshak, ki in akhloq akhloqi nekonu solehon ast».62-122-127.

Boyad guft, ki Hazrati Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) na in, ki valiyullohu muvahhid va taqvodoru parhezgor va doroi varau ahli futuvvat budaandu dar bayni mardum mashhuru muqadoi olamiyon budaand, yane, ba sirat, balki bo surati zebo va odobi libospushivu ozodagiash niz guli majlisu shami mahfil budaand va har goh ba masjid medaromadaand, hamono bui mushku anbar va atrhoi khushbuy atrofro muattar mekard, ki mekard…

Hammod, farzandi Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) meguyad: «-Padaram zohire orosta dosht va atru khushbuihoi farovon istifoda meburd, to badon jo, ki bo bui khushi khesh shinokhta meshud, qabl az on, ki dida shavad».

Va Abuyusuf (r) meguyad: «-Imom Abuhanifa (r) hamesha bandi kafshi khudro orosta nigoh medosht, to badon jo, ki kase uro bo bandi kafshi pora va farsuda nadidaast».

Va naqli saheh ast, ki guftaand: «-Imom Abuhanifa (r) kulohe balandu siyoh mepushid».

Nazr (r) meguyad: «-Ruze dar hole, ki Imom Abuhanifa (r) irodai savor shudan bar markabi kheshro dosht, ba man guft: – Aboyatro ba man bideh va aboyamro bigir. CHunon kardam, ki khosta bud. Pas chun bozgasht baroyam guft: «-Maro bo durushtii aboyat khijil sokhti! In dar hole ast, ki qimati aboyam panj dinor bud, ki puli kame nest. Sipas bar tani vay aboe didam, ki qimati onro si dinor barobar kardam va qimati pirohanu radoi vay chahorsad dirham bud».

Va naqli digar ast, ki: «Imom Abuhanifa (r)-on mardi porso, chandin pustinu aboi fokhir dosht, ba chandin khelu guna, ki az pusti sanjob va pusthoi garonqimati digar hayvonot sokhtavu dukhta shuda bud, va radoe dosht bisyor, zebo va durnamo va haft kuloh dosht, ki yake az onho siyoh bud». 62-130.

Bale, Imomi Azam Abuhanifa (r) ham ba sirat va ham ba surat zebo va orostavu pirosta budaand. Eshon, ki ba gufti Hazrati SHamsuddin Muhammad Hofizi SHerozi – «CHun dagaron Quron-ro domi tazvir nakardaand» (misli baze «mulloho»-vu «hazratho» va «fuqahoi dono»-i imruzi olami Islom, ki bo nom qorii «Quron»-andu, az mantiqu ahkomi oyot bekhabar va bo  nom hofizoni  ahodisandu az maonii qudsii onho bekhabar, ki aksariyat, mahalgaroyonandu ahli johu jalol va tudahoi mutafarriqandu «buzurgon»-i ba yakdigar be mehr, mutakabbir va bo yak jura sharobi ilm mast, misli khalafiho va baso-baso «arabidon»-u «dono») Imomi barhaq budandu hastand va davlati Hudodod doshtand, ki ba sababi mehnati purmashaqqati khudashon, ba dast ovarda budaand, ki hashtod fissadi on, dar rohi Hudo sarf meshud…

«-Ahli fiqh ba kasone, ki ba Imom (Abuhanifa rahmatulloh) tan vorid kardaand, iltifote namekunand va chize az uyubero, ki bidatiyon, zindiqiyon, khorijiyon, murjiiyon va khalafiyonu mutaassibon (va baze imruziyoni sadmazhab, yane khalafiyoni garbitinat va garbigulom) ba Imom (Abuhanifa rahlatulloh) nisbat dodaand, tasdiq namenamoyand». 62-73.

(Ba iborae, ki guftaand: «-Akkosi sagon kam nakunad, rizqi gadoro» va yo khud: «-Sag mejakadu korvon meravad…». CHashmai purfayzu futuhi ilmu hikmati Imomi Azam (r) anqarib yak hazoru sesadu dah sol, ba in jonib joristu tashnagoni ilmu maoni asrho ba in su, az on nush mekunand va khohand kard, ammo tuhmathoi bebunyodi ahli bidat misli khudshon chun kohi pusida, ba bodi fano raftavu khohand raft-S.B.B).
