  1. Kormand huquq dorad:

– ba bastan, tagyir dodan, ilova namudan va bekor kardani shartnomai mehnati bo tartib va sharthoi peshbininamudai Kodeksi mazkur va digar sanadhoi meyorii huquqii Jumhurii Tojikiston;

– ba dast kashidan az ijroi kor hangomi ba vujud omadani vaziyate, ki ba hayot yo salomati tahdid mekunad, bo khabar dodan ba rohbari bevosita yo namoyandai korfarmo;

  1. Kormand uhdador ast:
