Onho khudashonro «Hanif» /ba khudo dodashuda, dustdoranda va etirofkunandai Hudoi yagona va barhaq-S.B.B/ menomidand, ki dar «Quron»-i Payombari Islom /s/ ham hamin ism mavjud ast. Firqai mazkur na faqat tavhidro, ki rukni azami Islom ast, etirof menamudand, balki ba rukni digari Islom ham mutaqid budand va on iborat ast az taslimi inson baroi rizoiyati Ilohi /va manii -vojai «Islom» ham hamin ast, yane, taslimshuda-S.B.B/. Monandi taslim budani Odam (-s), Nuh (-s) va Ibrohim (-s) hangomi qurboni namudani Ismoil (-s). Az in jihat ast, ki Payombar /s/ mefarmoyad: «Kasone, ki qabl az man ham guzashtaand, musalmon budand». 58,13,14.

«Jam gardidani tamomi buthoi Arab, dar khonai Kaba masalai Ittihodi mazhabiro imkonpazir va yagonagii zabonro oson namud. Dar haqiqat vaqti on rasida bud, ki vahdati fikru aqida, dar tamomi mamlakat vujud paydo kunad».

Masehiyon Iso /paygambari Hudoro/ khudo medonand (nauzu billoh) va iddaoi kheshro bad-in tariq takid va tayin, mekunand, ki Iso (-s) dar gahvora sukhan guftu mujizote ovard, ki az digaron sokhta nabud va monandi korhoi khudoi bud/. /Etirof nanamudani paygambarii Hazrati Iso va mujizi u gunoh va kufr ast. Ore, Hazrati Rasul /s/ barhaqqii dini maseh va payambarii Isoi Masehro va payambarii Muso (-s)-ro etirof kardaand, zero, ki in nukot dar Quron zikr shudaast. Ammo baze az olimon etirofi Hazrati Muhammad /s/-ro tobishi digar doda, navishtaand, ki guyo Rasul /s/ qabl az Islom va qabl az risolati Payombarii khesh, ba masehiyat garavid va onro qabul kard.

Hazrati Imomi Azam Abuhanifa dar zamoni Halifa Abdulmalik ibni Marvon ba dunyo omadaast. Va Ibni Muborak /r/ meguyad:-Va rivoyate dorem, az Imom Abuhanifa rahamalloh, ki farmud: «-CHun hadisi Rusuli Hudo /s/, ba miyon omad, pas bar saru chashm! Va chun az sahobai kirom rivoyate omad, az miyoni orou ahvolashon /qavli eshon/ yakero intikhob mekunem va hargiz az aqvoli eshon berun nameravem, ammo chun az tobiin qavle ba miyon omad, bo eshon voridi maydon meshavem».

Va shogirdoni khudro takid menamud, ki dar kori khud mudom ba dasturoti sarchashmahoi mutamadu mutabar, yane, Quron va Hadishoi sahehi Risolatpanoh Hazrati Muhammad (s) takya namoyand, ki maktabi onho (yane, mazhabi hanafiya) mahz dar asosi in du sarchashmai mutabar va baso rahnamo tasis yoftaast, ki bo nomi madrasa yo khud mazhabi ahli sunnat va jamoat shuhrat dorad. Va naql ast, ki Imomi Azam (r) dar lahzahoi vopasini umri khud ham, ki dar natijai latu kubhoi vahshiyonai iddae az khudobekhabaron jismi muborakash baso abgor va siyohu khunshor gashta bud, mudom fikru khayolash ba taqdiri oyandai ummatoni Payombari giromi (s)-ash, yane, ba qismati budu boshi payravoni mazhabash (hanafiyoni bedordil band budaastu bas, ki gufta:

«-YOroni man, shumoyon, ki hama allakay donoyoni zamoned, dar rohi khud ustuvor va sobitqadam boshed va mardona ba pesh qadam zaned ba pulu moli haromi begonagon doda shuda, dinu mazhabi khudro nafurushed va bo tiri Haq botilro hadafi khud qaror dihed va be ibovu be tars onro ba nishon gired zero, ki yori bosafoyi Payombari giromi (s) Mavlo Ali (r) niz farmuda, ki:-Buzurgtarin gunoh tars ast». Az jumla, qissai munozarai Imomi Azam (r) va Avzoi, ki onro Ibni Uyayniya rivoyat karda va dar «Musnadi Imomi Azam» mazkur ast, munosibi zikr meboshad. Avzoi ba Imomi Azam (r) guft: «-CHaro SHumo dar namoz hangomi ruku raftan va az ruku bolo shudan (ba qiyom raftan) dastonatonro namebardored?

Imomi Azam (r) guft:-Zero dar in mavzu az Rasululloh (s) chize, yane, hadise, ki bemuoraz boshad, rivoyat nashudaast.

Avzoi guft:-CHi guna rivoyat nashuda, ki Zahri ba man az Solim, u az padarash Abdulloh ibni Umar (r) rivoyat karda, ki Rasululloh (s) hangomi ibtidoi namoz va hangomi ba ruku va az ruku bolo shudan dastonashro mebardosht?

Imomi Azam (r) guft: -Hammod ibni Ibrohimi Ashari, az Ibrohimi Nakhi, u az Alqama va Asvad va on du az Abdulloh ibni Masud (r) rivoyat menamoyand, ki «Rasululloh (s) tanho dar ibtidoi namoz dastoni muborakashro mebardosht va digar in amalro takror namekard.

Avzoi guft:-Man ba tu az Zahri, Solim va Abdulloh rivoyat mekunam va tu ba man az Hammod va Ibrohim va Alqamavu Asvad va Ibni Masud sukhan megui?!

Ammo kase, ki halol va ravo donad gunohero, ki sobit shudaast ba nassi qote, pas u kofir ast, ba Alloh, charo, ki halol donistani onho durugi mutlaq ast, ba Alloh va Rasul (s)-i Alloh jalla jalolahu. Baroi sukhani Alloh, ki farmudaast: «Va mo otokumur-Rasulu fakhuzuhu va mo nahokum anhu fantahu vattaqulloha» (Tarjuma: «Va har chi bidihad shumoro Rasul, pas bigirad uro, va har chi nahi mekunad, az u, pas man shavand va bitarsand az Alloh»).

Va Rasul (s) guftaast: «-Va anna mo harrama Rasulullohi misla mo harramallohu va man kazzaba bioyotillohi yudkhilhullohu finnori alat-tabidi» (Tarjuma: «-Ba tahqiq on chi harom guft Rasululloh, monandi on chize ast, ki harom kardaast onro Alloh. Va kase durug bidonad oyoti Allohro, dokhil kunad Alloh uro dar nori duzakh ba hameshagi»).
