Gimnastika hamchun yak namudi varzish gimnastikai varzishi, badei, mavzun va akrobatikaro dar bar megirad. Bo kalimai «gimnas- tika» inchunin kompleksi mashqi pagohiruzi, varzishi tabobatiro niz nom mebarand.

Mashqkhoi umumi

Mashqhoi tayinoti inkishofi umumidoshta baroi guzaronidash gimnastikai pagohiruzi va daqiqahoi jismoni ivaznashavandaand.
